Setting Boundaries while Sharing Who You Are. Step 5

The last thing you want is to be trying to do therapy everywhere you go. That is obviously unethical, but it is also exhausting. I will, instead, teach you how to interact with others in social, professional, and many other settings. I will help you find the balance of sharing who you are and having your own personal life! I will also address the importance of service and how to provide meaningful service in your community.

People need to know who you are while still maintaining your own privacy. This is a tough balance. Let me help save the heart ache of struggling through this!
